- Pirates are now a little less aggressive.

- Mineral income speed Decreased from 4 -> 7

- Power income Speed Decreased from 4 -> 5

- Power Mine gives 50 extra power, every income cycle.

- Mineral Mines gives 25 extra minerals, every income cycle.

- Main base HP increased from 50000 -> 75000.

- Main Base Shield HP increased from 100000 -> 150000.

- Ship Sizes have been de-sized by 3/4.

- Ship Rotation has been up from 10 -> 15.

- Ships now engage in combat when they are outside of Fog Of War view
